PAS Update

PAS will be back, up and running within three weeks, I'm informed.

Here is the latest update.

This is just a brief update today to keep you in the loop.

Our attorneys continue to work with the SEC attorneys
to bring this matter to a close within about the next two
weeks. This coming week the SEC will be taking depositions
and shortly thereafter, all the information is evaluated to
come up with a resolution.

Until that resolution is in place and finalized, PAS will
not be able to be marketed. Depending upon the ultimate
resolution, we will be able to reopen our doors, likely under
a different name, and market our new products in a way that
overcomes the original SEC concerns. You will be updated
as this becomes reality.

Until that time, we will not be conducting any Saturday
trainings, or other conference calls.
