Prosperity International Closes

This received from PI head office today ...

Dear Prosperity International Affiliate,

This update starts with the news that The co-founder of Mega Wealth Corporation (MWC), Harmony Thiessen, recently tendered her resignation to me. Although unfortunate and very unexpected, this should have been a straightforward legal manouvre... but it didn't turn out that way.

Here's why:

Harmony (acting on the direct advice of her legal team), promptly decided against resigning, and opted to dissolve the Mega Wealth Corporation instead. This was apparently due to both Harmony and I residing in different countries, thereby "negating" the option of resignation. I have yet to confirm the validity of this, but will do very shortly.

However, irrespective of all factors, the bottom line is that this specific situation *could* have been avoided in favor of a gradual phase-out option, thereby ensuring continuity of Prosperity International (the program) for all Affiliates.

The end result? ---> In a nutshell, the actions of Harmony Thiessen have effectively closed down Mega Wealth Corporation (the company behind PI).

I'll not go into the specifics of what transpired (in *this* news update), but a culmination of these events & actions has had a very serious knock-on effect and subsequently severely jepoardized the future of PI. Needless to say I have already taken the necessary steps to protect the PI database and infrastructure from any further potential damage.

In light of these events, and in the best interests of Prosperity International Affiliates, I have no other option but to advise you to temporarily put a hold on *all* your PI advertising and promotion, pending a resolve to this issue.

Note: If you are currently owed money by Star Processing, this will be paid to you in the usual manner (you have no need to contact Star) - and any funds Star are holding back for the staututory 6 month period will also be forwaded to you upon their release. All online c/card processing via Star has also been put on hold in the interim.

In situations like this, regular communication between the Company and the Affiliates is usually bypassed, but you can rest assured that won't happen in this case.

The mission of PI, right from the start, was to provide you with a superb opportunity to generate yourself unlimited multiple income streams. Nothing has changed in that respect. Everything still applies.

All companies hit these obstacles & "bumps in the road" at some point in their evolution. Right now it's our turn. However, it's not a case of how much we complain or point the finger in relation to what has happened, but rather the *action* we take to get back on track... and I know for a fact we *can* tackle the issues and come through this together.
