Want Network Marketing Success?

MLM success only happens when you have certain key factors taken place in your business. Network marketing success happens when you generate your own traffic and targeted leads. Also you must have a marketing system in place that will allow you to generate red-hot targeted leads that will pay for themselves. This will allow you to fund all your advertising cost up front so you can advertise and generate leads endlessly. The marketing system must also teach and train people who use it so you can see networkmarketing success much faster. If you have all this in place then network marketing success is around the corner.

Why is all this critical to your success? If you have been buying generic leads from lead companies and cold calling then you are throwing all your money and time out the window. MLM marketing success will take way too long for you to achieve if you're building your business this way. These types of leads are not your target market in the first place. The type of leads that you should be generating for you mlm business are other network marketers. The reason is they have experience in mlm. This is why they are your target market and will help you reach mlm success quicker. Let me put it this way! If you were a coach for a professional volleyball team and you were looking for a great volleyball player to recruit, would you go out and place an ad in your local new paper saying "Looking for professional volleyball player, Make big money. Or would you scout out colleges or schools that have professional volleyball players already? The colleges of course!

Now that we covered that part of the system, let's talk about having the leads you generate pay for themselves. This would definitely help you see network marketing success. Here's why. When you buy generic business opportunity seeker leads from lead companies, you just keep spending your money and making nothing back and spending a lot of time cold calling and facing rejection. This makes people in our business want to quit. So the solution would be to have you leads pay for themselves. You would use the marketing system to generate targeted leads and those same leads will upgrade to use the system for their network marketing business so they can see network marketing success also. When they do this you make money up front by providing them a solution to their network marketing challenges. The money helps pay for your advertising. This is called a funded proposal. This is how we as top income earners build our primary company.

You will have many of these targeted leads you generate contact you asking what business your in and then it's just a matter of sending them to information on your primary company. This is when you will see network marketing success in you business. They want to join you because you introduced them to a system that cured their network marketing challenges. A Solution! Network marketing success comes when you show enough people how to get what they want. They see you as a true mentor and leader, then become attracted to you as the expert.

Affiliate Marketing Success Stories - Raising an Affiliate Program Cash Cow (Part 2)

The following interview with Shawn Collins, a prominent expert in the

affiliate marketing field, should prove instructive to the reader. Shawn

has enjoyed a meteoric rise in the field and now runs his own affiliate

program management and consulting firm. As this interview is inherently

limited in scope, one is encouraged to read more about Shawn's experiences

in the field and the advice he dispenses through his books, conferences,

blog, articles, reports, and weekly radio show. The reader can also meet

Shawn at the Affiliate Summit, a "can't miss" conference for those

interested in excelling in the competitive world of affiliate marketing.

Q. Shawn, how would you describe your initial experiences with affiliate

marketing?

A. It was back in 1997. I had a dial-up account on AOL, a 14.4 modem and

a desire to make more money. At the time, I didn't know a thing about

creating websites, marketing, etc. But I went through a tutorial at AOL on

writing HTML and picked up the basics. Then, I created a hideous, single

page site about New York City and put up some Amazon links. I never earned

a cent on that site.

Q. What growing pains did you endure at first? What were the biggest

obstacles and challenges from that period of time?

A. Back then, there was a monopoly on registering domains, and it cost

$35 a year. At the time, that was a bit prohibitive for me (I didn't

realize what a good investment a short name would be). That was a trend -

an unwillingness to invest in my affiliate efforts. I was going the free

route with tools, hosting, etc. That definitely delayed my progress.

Q. What was your first "Ah-ha" moment? How did you incorporate the

lesson learned into your affiliate marketing business?

A. The first time I got my reporting via email from Amazon with

information on commission earned. Back then, there was no option to login

to an interface - just a periodic email with affiliate stats. When I

realized it was real that I could earn money this way, I was excited and

motivated. This persuaded me that I was wasting my time working in

magazine publishing - it was time for me to get into a line of work that

was stimulating and rewarding.

With my limited affiliate marketing experience, I managed to get a job

with a start-up in 1997 called Medsite.com, and I bluffed my way into

running the affiliate program there. I've enjoyed my work ever since.

Q. Without mentioning names, have you joined affiliate programs that did

not keep their promises and/or provide appropriate compensation? What

measures did you take when confronted with this situation and what advice

can you give others to avoid this circumstance?

A. Lots of affiliate programs lie in their recruiting efforts - they

talk about how easy it is to earn commission from them. That's simply not

true - it's not easy. I just don't pay attention to most recruiting

efforts from affiliate programs. I would encourage affiliates to ignore

proclamations of easy earnings and high EPCs - the most important thing is

to test everything yourself and promote what works for you.

Q. How has affiliate marketing changed in the last seven years? What

strategies would you implement now that you would not or could not do

years ago?

A. The industry has matured greatly. Seven years ago, many affiliate

marketers were content sites which relied on 468x60 banners. The analytics

were primitive and fewer companies offered affiliate programs.

Now, the industry is so diversified. Essentially, any way to market online

is being leveraged by affiliates... including comparison shopping,

domaining, video, SEO, e-mail, social networks, PPC, rewards programs,

etc.

If I could turn back time, I would have started up multiple niche

community sites back then for popular topics. By now, if nurtured they

would have grown nicely and become lucrative affiliate sites.

Q. If one is gifted marketing an affiliate product or service, is it

likely that this individual can effectively market his/her own products or

services? Should people look into developing their own items while

marketing or instead of marketing others' products/services?

A. I'd say anything that is already selling online can be effectively

marketed through an affiliate program. Selling your own products or

services can certainly provide more rewards in the best case scenario, but

then you've got a lot more risk, too.

If somebody has the infrastructure and know-how to sell a certain product

or service, I'd say to go for it. But don't take uncalculated risks.

Q. What are crucial mistakes that newbies tend to commit?

A. Lack of investment and understanding. It's really difficult to

succeed in affiliate marketing if you are unwilling to spend the time and

money required to develop a long-term strategy. And affiliate marketing is

most certainly not a quick endeavor - it takes patience to endure and

succeed.

Q. What are some of the creative (perhaps seldom used) strategies to

employ in the affiliate marketing field?

A. Simply going beyond the banner. There are a lot of exciting

opportunities out there with Web 2.0. It's just a matter of figuring out a

unique angle.

Q. How long does it realistically take to build a full-time income with

affiliate marketing, assuming "full-time commitment"?

A. I don't think you can qualify and quantify passion. And to me,

passion is an essential ingredient in affiliate marketing success. Also,

there are so many variables, like the size of a given vertical, the

margins involved, competition, etc.

Q. Is it easier to build income from this type of marketing now or was

it easier years ago? (Please consider competition, Internet usage, advent

of Adwords and Pay Per Click, etc.)

A. It was never easy. There was certainly less competition in the past,

but also less in the way of options of advertisers to choose and methods

to promote them. Plus, there is the continuing growth of ecommerce. I

think the opportunities for success are just as healthy now as they were

years ago.

Q. While I know that you do not recommend any particular affiliate

marketing programs, in your estimation, what are the "hottest fields?"

A. The "hottest fields" are a slippery slope. They change over time. I

think the hottest field for any given person should be the area that

interests them most. You can certainly go out there as a mercenary and

promote the most lucrative thing at the moment, like ringtones or debt

consolidation, but I suggest going with a long-term plan in an area that

interests you.

Q. Is there any affiliate marketing software that is a "must" when one

pursues an affiliate marketing venture?

A. This really depends on the type of affiliate. There are software

programs that help optimize affiliate efforts for different affiliates.

For instance, if you're working with data feeds, you should check out

WebMerge.

Q. What are your views concerning affiliate marketing networks such as

LinkShare and Commission Junction?

A. I think they're the backbone of the industry. The affiliate networks

account for the majority of large affiliate programs, and they also

provide a level of convenience in that you can consolidate a lot of your

activity under a few logins.

I would like to see them work together to establish standards. For

instance, there is a lack of standards in data feeds, which is a challenge

for the folks using them.

Q. Can any absolute statements be made regarding the most lucrative type

of affiliate marketing payment system (e.g pay per sale, pay per click,

etc.)?

A. In general, CPA seems to be more profitable, especially offers for

products and services that are not physical items.

Q. What influence, if any, will blogs make on the affiliate marketing

landscape?

A. I think some are influencial in the way networks, merchants and

affiliates operate. For instance, Jangro.com is considered to have had an

impact in the decision by Commission Junction to change their plans on the

Link Management Initiative (LMI).

Q. What are, statistically, the best avenues to market an affiliate

program?

A. It depends on the vertical. Email and PPC work well for some CPA

offers, while an established web presence can be more important for

selling goods on a revenue share.

Q. Do you see any future trends in the affiliate marketing field?

A. Smaller affiliate programs. Affiliate managers are focusing on

working more closely with fewer affiliates. Also, I think we'll see an

increasing number of affiliates embrace the opportunities out there with

Web 2.0 and innovate with the new tools that roll out.

Q. What current projects are you undertaking in affiliate marketing, including

your work with the Affiliate Summit?

A. My main focus is Affiliate Summit, the largest affiliate marketing

conference. Our last show had over 2,000 this past January in Las Vegas.

We also have events scheduled in Miami (July 8-10) and London (September

28) this year.

Additionally, I provide affiliate management and consulting services as

Shawn Collins Consulting, and I publish an annual report on affiliate

marketing benchmarks called AffStat.

I also have a blog at http://blog.affiliatetip.com where I post daily

about issues in affiliate marketing. And I'm the co-host with Lisa

Picarille, Editor-in-Chief at Revenue Magazine, for the weekly show,

Affiliate Thing, on WebmasterRadio.FM.

Q. What do you attribute your affiliate marketing success to (e.g.,

building content, writing articles, following footsteps of a mentor, forum

participation, etc.)? Please include any last words of advice for one who

aspires to succeed/excel in the affiliate marketing field.

A. It's all about dedication, tenacity, and relationships. I don't look

at my affiliate marketing activity as a job, but rather a fun, profitable

hobby. Over the decade I've been involved in the industry, there are way

too many factors to list that have contributed to my success. But I'd say

the most important of all is to constantly endeavor to learn from others.

Conclusion - Do's and Don'ts of successful affiliates

Analyzing the success stories, we may conclude the following do's and

don'ts of being a successful affiliate:

Do's

Build a useful website. Visitors must gain some benefit by visiting

your site.Retain visitors through unique content or adding your "personal

touch." Provide something unique / personal on a consistent basis so that

visitors will be motivated to revisit your site.Sign up with a known and established affiliate program. They have

their tracking systems updated and so you can be rest assured that you

will get your payments.Market your affiliate program so that you can increase the number of

visitors who see your affiliate offering.Optimize your website so that you get a high ranking in natural search

engines.Know your competition. You have to provide something better than

them.Choose the advertisement model that is in line with your overall

business model.Launch your site for some time, before joining any program. Good

affiliate programs may like to see your site and study the traffic before

enrolling you.Look for outside help. You may employ skilled people.Use blogs and RSS feeds for promotion.Remain active in your industry. You must know the latest trends and

needs of visitors.

Don'ts

Join just any affiliate program. Many affiliate programs are outright

frauds.Ignore your competition. They are the best evaluators of your

products/services.Get obsolete. Update your content regularly.Rely only on banner ads. Experiment with all types of

advertisements.Waste time. Be the first to capture any new opportunity.Encourage spamming. You will get blacklisted.

With successful identification of customer needs, providing a way to

fulfill those needs, and collaborating with established affiliate

programs, it is possible to create your own affiliate success story. You

just need to manifest a methodical, patient approach and perform lots of

hard work. But raising an affiliate program cash cow is certainly worth

the effort!

There Is No Clear Path To Network Marketing Success Or Is There?

Network Marketing is a relatively recent marketing concept which has the end purpose of increasing profits and returns. Network Marketing is also addressed by the term Multi-level Marketing (or MLM); this idea initiates its marketing campaign by identifying people who would be interested in the business and would like to contribute towards its success and profits. Network Marketing success can be attained depending on the people involved, efforts made and their marketing skills.

Companies use Network Marketing to advertise their products and as a result, generate business by inviting prospects to join the business and people to buy the products offered.

Network Marketing is an abstract phenomenon and there is no clear road map to follow that would guarantee success and goal attainment. Consequently, it becomes difficult to ascertain techniques and methods that would yield desirable results. Some practices would work with certain people while other methodologies are needed to approach a different set of products and a different segment of people. This discrepancy from case to case turns Network Marketing success into an illusion at times. Bu that's not true.

Although there are no clear strategies that would assure profits, following in the footsteps of successful network marketers might provide some guiding principles. The proposals and suggestions that have worked previously with other network marketers might prove lucrative for similar businesses. Reading and learning about success stories of experienced network marketers will help to get a grasp of the techniques that are implemented and how far they have been successful.

Network Marketing has become increasingly popular with the rising fame of the Internet; this provides numerous opportunities to businesses to adopt Network Marketing as the medium to increase business and profits. However, in the absence of any clear-cut proven techniques, Network Marketing success depends on the creativity and the reach of the marketing strategies implemented by the marketers. Such strategies should be executed that match the money, effort and available resources you have set for the project.

Network Marketing success promises a good income. The requirements to become a successful Network Marketer are good communication, analyzing and probing skills. Together, this mix will help to transform you into a promising player of the Network Marketing business. A universal rule can be to increase your personal network by interacting with people and socializing as this will help to create contacts; these contacts can be approached later for purposes of prospecting.

In a nutshell, there is no clear path that will lead you to Network Marketing success. However, perseverance and passion will help to promote the business effectively thereby yielding returns in the form of increased attention and profits. Inquire about previously successful strategies and try to tweak them to suit the situation at hand; and learn from others' mistakes as this will prevent you from repeating them.

Are You Looking For a Network Marketing Success System to Explode Your Business? Look No Further!

Imagine that you are surfing the net looking for information on how to improve the profitability of your network marketing business. You have followed your upline's recommendations, and while the results have been ok, you just can't take the rejection. ....You know the drill.

Make a list of all the people you know. In fact, go to the telephone book to jog your memory so you don't forget anyone in any category. Heaven forbid you forget your dry cleaner! As if he is going to jump on board with you at a moment's notice. I know I sound cynical... The reason is to drive home a point. The YEARS I wasted following the advice of many upline associates makes me cringe. Start thinking for yourself. Just because your upline recommends something does not mean it will work for you , or that it is even appropriate. Recently, a new network marketer stated that her upline had her making signs to attract new reps. She would post them on telephone poles in her local area in the hopes of filling a meeting with prospects. If that is your idea how you want to market your business, I guess go for it. But do you think others will be successful duplicating this even if you have some success?

When network marketing was new in the 1960's it was a different story. No one knew what a network marketer was offering. No one had a negative experience with network marketing because it was a new business model. Unfortunately, times have changed. EVERYONE knows the typical questions that are asked when being approached. So much so, that most people have a canned answer ready, just in case.

In the twenty first century, different strategies must be used. The majority of people simply DON'T like being approached. That means if you use old school network marketing techniques you will have the pleasure of experiencing massive rejection. And, as one of my prior upline advisors told me...."You are doing great....The more rejection you experience the better you are doing!" Huh! What is that all about? That's not what I signed up for. Did you?

Ok, enough of that. The internet is a big place. It is an information junky's nirvana. But how do you get through all the details? When it comes to MLM success systems here is how...

The first ingredient is that the system must have a good deal of automation. In other words, once the process is set in motion it needs to continue in motion. Remember, in the 21st century leads want to contact you.. They don't want you to bother them, at least not in a cold call sense. Do you like being called by a telemarketer at dinner time? Neither do prospects.

You may say, well, I just bought this great list of hot leads from a lead generation company. Unfortunately they are not hot leads, they are generic leads. They are not targeted specifically to YOUR business. Even if they were interested in network marketing, they might not be attracted to your particular products or services. So, the second ingredient for MLM success is to have a system or program that will generate highly targeted leads....leads who are yours and yours alone.

Once the leads notify you of their initial interest, the system needs to have an automated way of contacting them consistently. However these emails need to be greatly personalized to be effective. But wait a second, do you have the time or knowledge to write compelling emails to copious amounts of prospects on a consistent basis that helps train the prospect as well as giving them multiple opportunities to purchase from you? Most people don't. What I have noticed is that most MLM success systems have automation in their email systems. Unfortunately, it turns out to be a generic autoresponder system. The big difference is that the emails from most companies are not branded to you. And, without significant personalization the prospect is really not building a relationship with you.

A third ingredient that is necessary is the tracking of your prospects. When someone responds to your marketing what does your tracking system tell you? Here are just a few of the items you will want. Name, telephone number, email address, what marketing campaign they responded to. Another valuable piece of information is what percentage of people responding to your marketing actually purchased from you. When did he prospect enter your system? How many times did they re visit and how deep into the system did they go.? All of this information helps you understand what your prospect is looking for and how you can help them. The best success systems have all of this information at your disposal.

There is a final critical ingredient that puts the cherry on top of the ice cream sundae. Training!! This is the biggest difference. Does the MLM success system have live training? Does it have up to date archived training on the most important aspects of online marketing by people who are successfully using the system IN REAL TIME? Is it the company's own system or are they simply resellers of information

Consider all of these ingredients. The more ingredients your success system has the more beneficial it will be for you.

In summary, not all network marketing success systems are equal. The most effective systems are those that are fully automated, have systems in place to track all aspects of prospecting, have email systems that are fully branded to you, and are heavily involved in constant training as the market evolves. I have only found one system that not only trains you in HOW to market your business, but also has all of the necessary ingredients to automate your business.

Network Marketing Success - 6 Surefire Strategies For Network Marketing Success

Nobody starts a Network Marketing business with the intention of failing, but unfortunately many Network Marketers do just that. What makes a Network Marketer successful? There is no "right' answer, but there are definitely important strategies that successful Network Marketers use. Put these 6 strategies to work in your Network Marketing business, and you're sure to be on track to achieving success.

1. Get Your Mind in the Game. Successful Network Marketers have a clear focus--achieving success in their business. They have an abundance mindset and they know that everything they want and need in life is available to them if they're open to receive it. Successful Network Marketers also know that they have to constantly be learning. They've usually read (and applied) more than most other Network Marketers out there.

2. Take Action. Consistent, daily action is key to Network Marketing success. A solid network marketing business is not built in one day, one week, or even one month. It takes time, and you have to continuously put in the effort in order to reap the rewards. Successful Network Marketers are more like marathon runners than sprinters. They work at a consistent, steady pace over the long haul rather than the short but fast bursts that sprinters run. The result is a more solid and successful business.

3. Set Goals and Make a Plan. Nobody is successful in Network Marketing without a vision of where they want to go and what they want to achieve--a real reason behind all the hard work. Goals are the stepping stones, or the ladder, to reaching those dreams. It is vital to set goals and have a plan to achieve those goals in order to achieve Network Marketing success.

4. Choose a Good Company. Although the company you choose is not the sole factor in becoming a successful Network Marketer, it is certainly part of building a good reputation. Although there is no one-size-fits all Network Marketing company out there, there are good companies and bad companies. Do your homework and make sure you align yourself with a company with integrity that will help you as you work to build a successful Network Marketing business.

5. Have a Continuous Stream of Leads. One of the biggest roadblocks for Network Marketers is running out of leads. Often they run out of warm market prospects and hit a brick wall. Finding a continuous stream of leads is vital to your Network Marketing success. Without prospects, you can't build an organization, and without an organization, you can't achieve the residual income available in Network Marketing.

6. Teach Your Downline to Duplicate You. The powerful concept of being able to leverage your efforts with the efforts of others is one thing that makes Network Marketing a brilliant way to do business. But if you don't teach your downline how to duplicate what you are doing, you won't have anything to leverage. It's vital to make sure you train your organization to do what you do in order to participate in the exponential growth that Network Marketing offers.

Affiliate Marketing Success With the Blueprint of Success

Many people jump at affiliate marketing and are hoping to make all this money and some of them aren't successful and eventually quit and decide that you can't make money online through affiliate marketing. They are given all their affiliate tools and all instructions of how they can use these affiliates but like with most things in life we try to adjust them to our lifestyle and not the other way around. As an affiliate marketer we are given all the tools necessary from our affiliates to make money, these are tried and tested systems that have worked for others, so why can't they work for you? It's because you are making it too much about you and not enough about using the system given to you.

"People FAIL, Systems never FAIL"

You want to work with the system and not against it. The systems within these affiliates is not just something they learned yesterday, its tried and proven and other people within these systems are earning money from it. So it's up to you to figure out how they are making money online through the same affiliates you are using yourselves. You want to remember that affiliate marketing is an internet marketing business. For you this is a business and you are given the blueprint to a business and told "hey this is how I make money from affiliate marketing and it works well for me, try it for your self and see how much money you can make"; but if you don't work exactly with that blueprint there is no way you can achieve the same results.

"People DON'T Plan To FAIL, They SIMPLY Fail To PLAN"

When you are given somebody's blueprint to success it is for you to try their system, test for yourself what seems to be working well for you and tweak the system to be better than the blueprint you received. In order to achieve internet marketing success with affiliate marketing you have to make a plan and stick to the plan in order to accomplish your financial goals. The amount of money you desire from marketing any affiliate online is about picking the number you want to earn and doing the math to figuring out how many people you have to sign up or how many products you have to sell in order for you to make that happen. After you know how much you want to earn its then a matter of putting your plan together to earn that money. Figure out how much you want to earn per year, divide that by twelve and figure out the monthly income it would take to accomplish that, continue to break that down into weeks and days. When you have your long-term goals and you have your short-term goals as well, you can utilize those short-term goals as progress points to encourage you to accomplish your long term goals. You have to think of the amount of money you want to earn as a financial goal, it's just a goal like any other goal in life and you have to put work in to achieve that goal.

The Great Wall of China wasn't built in one day, one week, one month or even a year and that structure today stands as one of the wonders of the world. Don't believe that your goals are going to be achieved over night or in one week or even one month. Everything has a process and that process cannot just switched on fast forward, having a system and having a plan are the first steps but you have to learn and acquire the knowledge and the wisdom necessary to achieve the goals that you are setting for yourself. You must first become the student before you can become the leader; open your mind to learning and gaining as much knowledge in the area you are seek as humanly possible. Be a student of success and not just another person learning, we must learn from those who have been successful before us in order to attain their success or better.

Model Your Success On The Blueprint Of Success

When one joins an affiliate program or a network marketing program you are suppose to have a sponsor, which is the person who invited you into the program and its your responsibility to learn as much from your upline as possible. Many of us go in it only focusing on the fact that your sponsor has the sole responsibility of training you and that's just ludicrous. It is as much your responsibility to learn from your sponsor as it is their responsibility to teach you how to use the program to earn money. If your sponsor doesn't reach out to you it is still your responsibility to find out who in your complete upline was a big earner with the program you have been invited into, your upline consists your sponsor, his sponsor and their sponsor and so on. All these people have signed up people to this program already and that's the beauty of this network marketing business or affiliate marketing business.

Somebody in your upline has done this before you and you have an opportunity to reach out to them and find out how they marketed their affiliates and networking marketing programs to success. Get email addresses and phone numbers and contact them and I am sure they will be happy to tell you how to earn money with the program, especially because they are probably going to make money when you make money. Model your success from anyone in your upline who has been successful before you and test their blueprint to success for yourself. You must first learn how to walk before you can run. Take the necessary steps to learn how to be successful and put in the work needed to achieve that success.

I said it before and I am going to remind you, affiliate marketing is a business like any other business. You form a business plan, calculate your possible earnings, execute your business plan and you learn as you go along how you can earn more money. Pay attention to what is successful and what is not and make the necessary changes to your plan so that it can be as effective as possible. If you have the opportunity to learn more about your current field then soak up all the knowledge you can and utilize that information to help achieve your own success. Its not rocket science, follow the system, work with the proven formula, follow the blueprint and you will be successful. You must seek knowledge, make a plan and then take action. Hard work is the key to success, remember that because nobody said it was going to be easy but be determined to achieve success and be diligent and you will find your own success.

Overcoming These 5 Roadblocks is the Key to Internet Marketing Success

If your new to Internet marketing, even if your not, then you likely have run into several roadblocks along the way that are preventing you from becoming an Internet marketing success story. The good news is that there are ways to overcome these roadblocks once you fully understand what they are.

Lack of Education

On of the most common roadblocks to Internet marketing success is a lack of education about the Internet marketing field when getting started. Having an online business requires that you learn a lot of new material, new ways of doing things and new business models. It is very important that you educate yourself on the many different aspects of Internet marketing, such as SEO, website promotion, Traffic generation, and much more.

Educating yourself for Internet Marketing Success

If education is your key to Internet marketing success, then how do you get the education? These classes are not often taught in school. The best place for you to learn is the Internet itself. There are many places where you can start to learn what you need to become an Internet marketing success, for free.

Several of the best places to get started are:

Forums - There are many good forums out there, both free or paid, that will offer a community of people willing to help new marketers to learn the ropes. To find a starting list simply do a search for "internet marketing forums" in your favorite search engine.

Articles - Articles can be a great place to learn new topics. Much like your reading this article now, many people put out informative articles every day on nearly every topic. Browsing these can give you ideas on how to get started, niches to work in, and much more.

Newsletters - Like articles, someone somewhere is publishing an Ezine, (electronic magazine) or newsletter. Join these and you will receive updated posts related to the topic of the publication. These can be quite informative and useful to getting started.

Online E-books - Electronic books are very common on the internet. This allows you to download them and read or print them at your leisure. There are also many high-quality, informative e-books that are freely available.

Lack of Productivity

There is a fine line between educating yourself and lowering your productivity within your intent marketing business. Some of the best places to learn stuff, also tend to contain so much information that you can easily get distracted and be affected by information overload.

A few of the more common places to waste a lot of your time on include:

Forums - spend time learning, do not waste time trying to avoid doing work.

Checking your email - set aside dedicated time to check e-mail, When its done it's done.

Using Search Engines - Stop surfing the web all day. Get your work done first.

The trick to doing these things every day is to make sure you have already accomplished something productive.

Lack of Control

When your first starting out, and trying to educate yourself, it can be quite overwhelming. One of the first things you must do on your way to becoming an Internet marketing success is to learn how to control your spending. Because there is no shortage of educational material out there for you to learn, there will be no shortage of things to spend your money on. Make sure your getting your money's worth. Research before you buy. Check with forum members to see if they have purchased the same products and if it was useful to them.

Keep Yourself Focused

Society has a trouble with focus. We have short TV shows, short attention spans, and we are easily distracted. No one is completely immune from this problems. However, in order to become an Internet marketing success, you will need to do your best to prevent it from becoming a long-term problem. Focusing on what your doing is quite hard when your trying to be an online success story. Everyone wants to work at home, but then you have to walk the dogs, have a spouse to deal with, children arguing, or just relaxing a little too much, all of these things serve to distract you form accomplishing your workload.

Every business owner wants to be a an Internet marketing success story. No one wants to fail. By making sure you are aware of the potential roadblocks you face along the way, you can do your best to avoid them entirely. Take some time to learn what you need in order to get your Internet marketing business going. Take control of your time and money by not wasting them on stuff you do not need right now. Network Marketing Success- Network Marketing Success Vault Secrets

Network Marketing Success is very elusive, as most do not know the Combination to the Lock of Network Marketing Success. Most folks are too busy "working the business" to ever become successful in Network Marketing. You need to understand that most people are "Locked Out" of Success because they don't know the 5 Most Powerful Secrets of Network Marketing Success.

These Secrets could be considered a 'Combination" to the Lock of Success in Network Marketing.

What are those 5 Most Powerful Secrets?

1) Don't Recruit Anyone.

You read that right. Don't recruit anyone. Why? When you are focused on recruiting people, there will be a natural resistance to you, and to your intentions. Recruiting is a great process, but it has many better roads to get you there.

Let me ask you a question: Would you like to be recruited because someone wants you to become a paycheck for them? Of course not. That is why that most people don't want to feel like they are being recruited either.

Dont' recruit anyone. Solve a life problem that they have with the solutions your business offers. Find out what they want to change for the better in their life, and then show them how you can your Network marketing business can help.

2) Don't do a presentation.

When you are doing a presentation, many times, people feel they are being "pitched" like a used car salesman, and are turned off by it. That is not what you need to do.

Don't do a presentation. Hold a Conversation. One that contains the details of what you want to cover. People feel so much more comfortable with a conversation, than being pitched a new deal, a new thing, a new opportunity.

When you hold a conversation, people are put at ease, and the red flags that go up with a "pitch" are not there, and people will listen more closely to you.

3) Don't follow up.

When you are following up, it feels like you are following up to sell them, or recruit them. That is going to set the red flags up a lot.

Don't follow up. RECONNECT.

When you reconnect, there is a whole different feeling, and a whole different result. You are reconnecting to simply see if a person has any questions, and to see how you can help. You are reconnecting to simply let them know you only want what is best for them, and their family.

Don't follow up. That will only let you down over the long haul. Reconnect and stay plugged into Network Marketing Success.

4) Don't Close Anyone.

Closing is NOT the way to get the order. When people feel they are being "closed," they immediately go into the "you are not going to close me" mode.

Don't close anyone. OPEN them up to a bigger future, bigger thinking, bigger expectations in life, bigger income, bigger Success, and a bigger life. What would be more appealing to you? Being CLOSED, or OPENED to a whole new future?

Don't close anyone. That shuts the door many times to other possibilities. OPEN their minds and hearts to possibilities they never thought possible.

5) Don't just Sign them up- EVER.

When people are signed up, they feel like they are joining something. Nothing wrong with that. But there is a better focus than just joining something.

What would be a better perspective? Signing someone up to join a Network Marketing company, or forming your own distribution company and becoming CEO of it, and then selecting a vehicle and products to market through it?

Perspective needs to be that you are an entrepreneur, and have chosen to form a business in the industry of distribution, and you are going to put together a team of like minded folks that will work together to build a business that can offer customers quality products and services at a fair price.

Network Marketing Success is easier, if you know the combination to the Success Vault in Network Marketing.

Here is the combination to The Network Marketing Success Vault:

Don't Recruit

Don't Present

Don't Follow Up

Don't Close

Don't Sign People Up

If you follow this Combination, and practice it daily, you will have found the Secret to Opening the Success Vault and all the treasuries found within it of Network Marketing Success.

7 Steps to Network Marketing Success

You've taken a close look at the network marketing business model and it seems almost too good to be true. You're wondering why everyone isn't doing this. You think it is going to be a piece of cake...

Then reality hits you one of those devastating blows.

It isn't as easy as you thought. You've put money into this, you've been to meetings all over town, you've listened to tons of personal growth tapes... and still no success.

So how do you get network marketing success?

Well, this is by no means an exhaustive expose on how to get MLM success. But, I will share with you some 7 steps of how I became very successful in network marketing.

1. I didn't listen to my upline. Yeah, you heard that one right. My upline told me all I had to do was write out a list of 100 family and friends. Being a marketer, I knew better. No business that is worthwhile is built solely off their family and friends.

2. I learned from other successful marketers. Notice I wrote, "marketers" and not "network marketers"? Granted, there are some MLM'ers that are great at marketing... but this is the exception and not the rule. Most network marketers plain out suck at marketing. And let's face it, network MARKETING is all about MARKETING. So I suggest you do what I did... learn from other successful marketers by reading their books, buying their courses, and attending their seminars.

3. I used a marketing system. No one can ignore the power of the internet. The internet has revolutionized the way business is done. For the first time in history the internet has leveled the playing and field and anyone can now be successful IF they learn how to harness its power. Most people are ignorant to the fact that the marketing system IS the most important factor in any network marketing business.

4. I didn't quit. Network marketing is full of quitters. It's the "easy come easy go" syndrome. People figure that since they only put a couple hundred bucks down that it really doesn't matter what happens. I guarantee you that if you bought a McDonald's for a million dollars you would care about what happens. In fact, you would do everything in your power to make sure it was a success. Why should network marketing be any different? There is unlimited income potential and no overhead. People need to give their head a shake... network marketing is worth NOT quitting for.

5. I invested in my business. Wow... I actually invested in my business. It amazes me how many network marketers treat their business like it is some sort of lottery ticket. People invest in all kinds of things such as real estate, stocks, companies, etc. So why on earth would someone not be willing to invest in a business with unlimited income potential and no overhead? Whatever you put into network marketing is what you'll get out of it. Don't be deceived... every successful network marketer has invested time and money into their business.

6. I took ACTION. So many people join a MLM company and never take action. They don't start promoting their business. How can a business grow without exposure? You've heard the saying in real estate, "Location, Location, Location". Well, in network marketing it is, "Exposure, Exposure, Exposure". There is only ONE guarantee I can make you... if you don't promote your business then your business will never grow.

7. I understood the power of duplication. Without duplication network marketing doesn't make sense. Learn how to create duplication and you will be worth millions. Here's a little tip: Plug into a proven marketing system and teach your new recruits to do the same.

Do you have what it takes to be successful in network marketing?

If you follow these 7 steps to success then you will do just fine.

Who Else Wants Network Marketing Success in Order to Make Life Richer and More Enjoyable?

People who are in the MLM/network marketing industry get into it for one reason: success. Understanding the forms of the success is the best way to achieving that success craved by many, but achieved by so few.

That success may come in the form of money and what it can afford you, more time spent with friends and family and the ability to make it last through leverage.

Money

Let's not mince or blow smoke around: people get into network marketing and measure success in it in the form of money and everything money can buy them.

Success in network marketing gives people the ability to afford the things that they simply cannot afford with the income earned at their J.O.B.s.

Now, they can buy that car or truck they always wanted or needed. Bills that piled up and were unpaid now can be paid - in full. Vacations that were seen as just another impossible dream now can be enjoyed.

In short, financial needs can be met, while financial wants can be reached and exceeded.

Time

Along with money, network marketing success gives you the opportunity to enjoy more time to do the things you need and want to do.

Some people have plenty of money, but barely have the time to do the important things in their lives, such as: spending more quality time with spouses and children, building and improving friendships and spending more time on personal development.

Network marketing success makes all of these things possible. People who have achieved this type of success have actually left their jobs.

They now work from the comfort and safety of their homes, building and maintaining their growing network marketing business and driving it to success.

Some now do this in only 10-15 hours a week, as opposed to working 40+ hours a week on their J.O.B.s when they had them.

The extra time they now have can be spent with children helping them with homework. They can cook and prepare wholesome meals at home rather than buy unhealthy fast food and take out meals. They can enroll in that karate class at the local Y, or put that expensive gym membership they bought so long ago finally to work.

The possibilities are truly endless.

Leverage

Leverage is simply the act of maximizing something. People get leverage in their network marketing business and get great success by building quality teams and downlines.

This is key. A wise man once said that he'd rather make $1 from the efforts of 1,000 men, than make $1,000 dollars himself.

This is because network marketing success brings people together in the common cause of improving their lives and its conditions.

Network marketing owes its very success and existence on leveraging the efforts of not one individual, but many individuals working together, as a team.

Everyone in network marketing is working for their own personal success, yet they're also working for their team's success as well.

5 Ways To Guarantee Your Network Marketing Success

So you're looking to achieve financial freedom with your home business?

Well that's great because your network marketing success is right at your fingertips. I know this because you've been searching for it, and you finally found this letter. I also know there are better ways to build your home business than just buying leads, holding home meetings, and bugging your friends and family members. So how else are you supposed to build a downline without knocking on doors like the UPS guy?

Simple: by becoming an attractive leader. Instead of trying to sell your opportunity to your Uncle Bob, why not build knowledge, skill, and leadership that your prospects are thirsty for?

Make that your focus, and you'll have endless amount of prospects chasing you to join your downline. Use these 5 simple keys to build your own value, and you'll instantly become the hunted instead of the hunter in the network marketing industry.

Key to Network Marketing Success #1: Learn to Market.

Your prospects are hungry to learn this skill. Lead generation is the pulse of any home business. It's no wonder 97% of people fail once they've worked their warm market, and bought over-priced leads from lead companies that promised them the world.

Learn to generate 10-20 leads per day for yourself using low-cost, highly effective advertising methods such as ezines, Myspace, and blogs. You don't need to be an expert to use any one of these tools. All you need are minor computer skills, and a resource that can teach you how to use these tools step by step. Just do a search on Google or Yahoo and you'll find tons of resources that will teach you. Pick one of these methods and spend time mastering it.

Key to Network Marketing Success #2: Find a Mentor.

This is probably the fastest way to build value and become an attractive leader. I can't say enough how crucial this is to building a massive downline. One of the most overlooked keys to success is to find someone who is already having the same kind of results that you want. It's important that you pick a mentor that will guide you, and has leadership qualities that you can mirror and take on.

Have you noticed that when you're around someone long enough, you soon start to talk and think like them as well? Use this to your advantage.

So ask yourself, who are you hanging out with lately? Successful leaders? Or people who are struggling and thinking negatively? Find a mentor or two you can learn from, and do everything you can to be around them.

Key to Network Marketing Success #3: Sell Yourself First.

People are bombarded with business opportunities everyday, and you're going to have a hard time separating yourself from the pack. It can be an agonizing uphill battle to sell your opportunity.

The best way to overcome this hurdle is to sell yourself first. Be an attractive leader to your prospects by sharing your knowledge with them before ever mentioning your opportunity and products. Gain their trust by teaching them how to build a business before asking for anything in return. Show them information, solutions, and a system they can use to be successful with. By doing this, you sell yourself as a trustworthy and knowledgeable mentor that people will want to work with. As human beings, we're naturally attracted to leaders.

Now you may be asking "how do I educate and give valuable information to others when I'm not that successful?" The answer lies in the next key...

Key to Network Marketing Success #4: Continue to Learn.

The network marketing industry is always evolving and always changing. It's on a continuous growth, and so should you. Stay current by reading newsletters, articles, courses, and attending live seminars.

If you're new to the industry, then your objective at this point should be education! A vast majority of your time should be going towards learning. If you've been in network marketing for a while, then always be increasing your value. You don't want to get left behind.

When was the last time you purchased a marketing book and really studied it? Do it now if you haven't. Once you stop learning, you stop growing. Once you stop growing, so does your income!

Key to Network Marketing Success #5: Don't Give Up So Quickly.

It's so easy to get discouraged early and get off track. You hear all the hype about people making multiple six figures within their first month of business. Unfortunately, some people hang all of their hopes on that hype, and bounce around from opportunity to opportunity.

Sooner or later, they'll have to realize that it's not the business or the product that's failing. It is themselves. The network marketing industry suffers from an alarming downline attrition rate, which means most people that join a business leave it within the first few months! Understand that network marketing success is like learning to play an instrument. It rarely happens overnight, and it takes a lot of practice. Sure you can make a lot of money within your first year if you do things right, but you have to take small and measurable steps first.

Dedicate yourself to grow your business every single day, even if it means spending just 30 minutes on it. Study, listen, read, attend conference calls, and prospect on the phone.

Your Guide to Internet Marketing Success - Internet Marketing Road Map to Success

Many gurus always tell us that we can make BIG money fast using PPC or Pay Per Click advertising. While it's true that there are many successful Internet marketers who make good money from PPC but what many gurus don't tell you is that there are even more people who lose money in this arena.

If you're new in Internet Marketing, I don't recommend you to jump into the PPC game right away. For the newbies, it's better for you to start learning how to earn money from the Net using the FREE method first. Remember that there is simply no short cuts to Internet Marketing success.

There is a process you need to go through. Everyone (without an exception) must go through this process. Ask any successful Internet marketer and if he or she is honest, they will tell you that they did not achieve their success overnight. Most likely, these individuals have worked hard to achieve the success they enjoy today.

Of course, you can cut short this process IF AND ONLY IF you follow the correct GUIDE. If you follow the wrong guide, you'll find yourself stuck in the never ending and frustrating process.

But the question is....

How do you find the correct guide or formula?

Well, some people find the formula through trial and error, others stumble upon the right guide and stick with it. For me personally, it's a combination of both. I started with PPC, lost thousands of dollars.... I also buy one Internet Marketing product (software, ebooks, video tutorial) after another, I was always chasing for the next big thing!

Perhaps you have the same experience with me or perhaps you're still looking for the right formula. Different people achieve their success in different ways. But the things or rather traits that all successful Internet marketers have are: DISCIPLINE, FOCUS AND PERSEVERANCE.

In the world of Internet Marketing, no matter how good or successful you are, you'll always encounter challenges and frustrations at one time or another. Without the qualities or traits mentioned above, you'll just give up and stop charging ahead.

If you're a newbie or have been around for a while but still struggle to make your first sale, reading this article, I would like to recommend you to check out these two products:

1. One Week Marketing Action Plan.

2. PPC Bully.

These are the two products that I wish I had when I first got started. I've written the full review for these products (see the links at end of article).

Let's me just explain briefly....

The first product "One Week Marketing Action Plan" is a concrete "no hype and no fluff" action guide that lays out the EXACT daily task you can follow to become a successful Internet Marketer. It comes with a real case study where you can actually see the plan in action. All the money-making methods taught in this guide are FREE, you don't need to invest money in order to execute the plan. Again, read the review for more details.

The second product "PPC Bully" is a tool to help you see beforehand which PPC campaigns are successful and which are not before you spend your hard earned money. It serves like a "spy" giving you all the market competitive information before you launch your campaign. Again, read the review for details.

These two products now serve as my road map to success!

Hope you find this article helpful. Please feel free to leave your comment here. Thanks for reading.

Read my honest reviews on the products I mentioned earlier at One Week Marketing Review and PPC Bully Review. Also, feel free to explore my main site while you are there reading the reviews. I do share a lot of success tips and other product reviews on my main site and blog. You'll get to learn a lot of useful tips such as how to find a winning niche market, how to drive traffic to your site, how to do keyword research, how to monetize your site, etc.

12 Keys to Insurance Marketing Success

After working over 25 years with health, annuity, and life insurance marketers and recruiters, I am still amazed. Too many teeter around like inexperienced rookie insurance producers. They skip every opportunity that provides modern techniques, eliminates time wasting, and requires investing money in their success. MOST FAIL, thousands of others earn less money than a good experienced, and knowledgeable insurance agent makes.

The goal of this article is to make successful insurance marketing professionals more successful. For those not yet at that level, heading upward is rarely achieved without the guidance few others can provide. Because I like to tell it like it is, heed this warning. You should be currently mastering at least 9 of the key factors below. Otherwise your chances at recruiting or marketing success is slim to none.

THE 12 KEYS for Insurance Independent Marketing Organizations, National Wholesalers, State Managers, General Agents, Insurance Company Recruiters, Brokerage Directors, Independent Broker-Dealers, Insurance Company Regionals, Territorial Product Managers, MGA's, and similar individuals or companies.

1. Understanding Your Competition Are they marketing the same product or how different is it from the one you are offering? Is their emphasis on higher commissions, better product benefits, or exceptional service. You should also know how many competitors in your territory exist, how they prospect for agents, how many producers are contracted, and copies of their brochures and contracts.

2. Why Insurance Marketers Fail As you might already know, in the first eighteen months of their career, 85% of life and health insurance agents fail to survive. Reasons broadly range from lack of management, ineffective prospecting, and poor planning to the unwilliness to spend money to make money.

3. Total Insurance Base Few marketers take the time to find out how many life and health insurance agents exist in their territory. How many of these agents are brand new. In contrast, what is the total that survived the critical first four years? The marketer or recruiter may be biting off more than they can handle. On the other hand, there has to be enough agents ready to bite.

4. Agents: Who to and Not Concentrate On This is what separates the young and old boys from the pros. Right now, thousands of agent recruiters are not concentrating their time on target marketing. Face the Facts! Not every life and health insurance agent wants your product. Nor are they healthy for your producer force. There are 4 basic groups of life and health agents, and your target lies within 45% of the total licensed representatives.

5. Importance of your Prospective Agent List A top priority item. Do you even have a targeted prospective agent list for your territory? If you do, you are in the smart minority. Even smarter, if your list closely matches agents currently selling a similar product to what you are offering. An experienced agent list compiler might be able to help you. Other sources, such as list brokers, directories, and even insurance departments rarely can.

6. How Types of Prospecting Differ Here is an area where recruiters and marketers stray far off. The choices include emailing, telemarketing, personal calling, trade magazine advertising, direct mail letters or postcards, attending association meetings, and others. There are not only wide differences in costs and personal time consumed, but in legal requirements. For example, a wrong phone call could cost you an $11,200 fine.

7. Best States to Recruit In This is critical knowledge for those whose territory is national or covers a grouping of states. Insurance marketers hit some states in your territory 7 times as hard as other states. Likewise, some agents in your marketing region receive 10 times the solicitation of others. Learn why sometimes it is better to stay out of big metropolitan areas. Test your territory to explore results, or talk to an experienced insurance recruiting advisor.

8. Increasing Income Techniques It is a fact that you are going to have to invest money, and consistently have a plan of continuous insurance marketing and recruiting. So many recruiters do not know what ROI stands for, or how to figure it out. A good ROI-Return on Investment (over 3 years) for recruiting agents could range from 5 to 1, or much higher. Experienced insurance marketers will respond that a producing agent/broker is worth at least $3,500 to them. That amount is more than at least 30% of self-considered marketers invest on recruiting in a year!

9. Prospecting Techniques to Reach Willing Agents To be successful in developing an agent to write your insurance products three things must be present beforehand. All three are almost of equal importance. First, your message must go to the right qualified agent. Second, your product must excite a need in the agent to want to sell it. Third, you must reach this right agent, with the right product, at the right time.

10. Tricks and Tips Increasing Response Very few worthwhile tips will be extracted from your competitors. Some you may luckily stumble upon. Marketing masters close guard the secrets to their success. One of the big tips is to make your marketing sparkle with tricks and tips not practiced by your competitors. Just implementing one good trick can increase your response rate by an additional 40% increase. P.S. Some insurance marketing writers, like me, will share them in insurance articles.

11. Wording and Designing Your Insurance Message Over 80% of insurance messages made visible to agents by ALL prospecting techniques will never be fully read. Most messages through out bait like vacations, cruises, bonuses, and tripling income within 12 months. Sadly, few realize the simple fact, "what is your product going to do to benefit me".

12. Agent Recruiting Seminars This is one of the greatest ways to recruit numerous agents to produce business for you with one informative face-to-face meeting. To pull it off, you need to know how many qualified agents are in driving range. Next, you need to develop a formula of the correct prospecting techniques, tricks, and treats to get the maximum traffic to virtually guarantee success.

Remember that insurance marketing success is an upward journey. It is not a destination point where golden eggs are then constantly produced.

To achieve success with affiliate marketing, one must have the right knowledge and perseverance to always stay one step ahead of the competition. As with any other career, training and learning must be undertaken in order to prepare for the job. Some mistakenly believe that they can jump right into the internet business and make money right away. What they need to realize is that it takes time to achieve affiliate marketing success. As with any job, they need to first learn and prepare, and THEN go on to make money.

That being said, affiliate marketing isn't for just anybody. It's for those who are truly determined to be their own boss and to succeed no matter what. It's for those who refuse to work for anyone other than themselves. And, most importantly, it is for those who want to take charge of their own lives and the future. With qualities such as self-determination, optimism, and even some ambition, affiliate marketing success can be achieved.

Patience is also a virtue when it comes to affiliate marketing success. Direct results may not be seen instantly, in fact they rarely are. Affiliate marketing isn't a job that pays an individual for his or her hard work at the end of each day; it's a business that first needs to be built. And then, in time, affiliate markers will begin getting paid for their efforts. Many people don't have the patience needed for for success in this business. They want money NOW, even if they don't want to work now. It essentially comes to this: the more hard work and effort that is done today, the more money an you can expect in the future.

Knowledge about internet marketing is also a must for achieving affiliate marketing success. Knowledge equals power on the internet, and power equals money. The more knowledgeable one is, the more opportunities he or she will have for making money. Researching the market and understanding how affiliate programs work is a must. It's also advisable for anyone trying to achieve success to participate in forums, blogs, social networking, and other interactive communities. There are many successful internet marketers willing to offer advice to beginners.

Once a budding internet entrepreneur begins to get the hang of affiliate marketing techniques, he or she needs to become persistent. At least two or more hours a day need to be spent on website development, promotion, content authoring, link campaigning, social media networking, search engine optimization, and so forth. All of these are popular, well known techniques that will bring about affiliate marketing success. Some techniques work better for some people than others; it all depends on an individual's personal talents and preferences.

In summary, affiliate marketing success can be achieved, but it takes a willingness to learn, study, and practice. Putting time and effort into everything is a must. It's not a job that pays immediately, but a business that begins paying off after weeks of investing time, energy, effort, and persistence. It is these things, in the end, that lead to ultimate success.

Affiliate Marketing Success - Using Niche Marketing As Your Success Tool

Affiliate marketers come and go with the seasons, sometimes they even change like the weather. Affiliate marketing is not a get rich quick scheme and it does not promise over night success. If this was the impression you were under then I suggest you run for it right now. Affiliate marketing is a business, better yet it's your business and you call the shots. Your success with affiliate marketing is solely up to you and it's the amount of effort you put into achieving your goals that will determine how successful you are. The success rate with affiliate marketing is about 98% failure to about 2% success and I am sure you would rather be within that 2% success rate. That 2% may sound small but in the large scheme of things but 2% success rate is actually a large amount of people when compared to the 100's of millions of persons using the internet to market their business online. So knowing that there are maybe 100's of thousands people who have done it successfully before you, doesn't it comfort you knowing that you can model your success from their blueprint.

Most of the people who fail at affiliate marketing never even took the time out to learn how to market their affiliate business properly. You must first be a student before you become a leader. Be a student of success and learn as much from person's who were successful before you and model your success on what they did to be successful. The blueprint was laid out before you and its there for you to learn from and apply to your life so that you too can reap success. Effective internet marketers don't just rely on their knowledge the utilize systems, systems that are proven to work. Effective internet marketers utilize systems to execute their plans.

To be effective with internet marketing it would be wise for you to utilize a system when executing your place. I learned that SYSTEM can actually be a very neat acronym and this has really stuck with me throughout this past year and it goes like this.

S ave Y ourself S tress T ime E nergy M oney

Systems are designed for you to save yourself, stress, time, energy and money. As an affiliate marketer there are already systems in place to help you with affiliate marketing and there are successful individuals who are willing to help you achieve that same success. When working within a tried and proven system, you cut out the useless work by just focusing on what actually works already. Somebody already tried it and tested it out and made note that this works and that doesn't work. So it's wise to go out there and do your research to figure out what has worked for affiliate marketers before you and if that same plan can work for you. I want to introduce you to one of the systems that the internet marketing guru's use to their advantage all the time. This technique is called Niche Marketing.

Using Niche Marketing As Your Affiliate Marketing Success Tool

"Online niche marketing, an often used technique for affiliate marketers. By seeking out smaller segments of larger markets, a website can be developed and promoted quickly to uniquely serve a targeted and usually loyal customer base, giving the affiliate a small but regular income stream. This technique is then repeated across several other niche websites until a desired income level is achieved." - defined by Wikipedia

So this really is a powerful tool you can use to help achieve your success with affiliate marketing. When deciding what market you want to focus on you want to take the time out to do the keyword research necessary to find what people are searching for in that respective market. You want to compare different markets you could be interested in trying to find the most in demand keywords and phrases for each niche. You are going to want to make a note of 5 main keywords and 25 sub-category keywords, all in high demand and low supply. You know a keyword is in high demand by how many times per month it is being searched and you know if it is low in supply by checking the search engine's results for those keywords and seeing how competitive the websites in those results are. When checking how competitive these website really are you need to understand how well their site is optimized for the search engines, so that you can optimize yours better.

Optimizing Your Website For The Search Engines

Search Engine Optimization is a matter of setting up your website for optimal performance on the search engines. There are 3 major search engines Google, Yahoo and MSN. With Google being one of if not the biggest search engine there is I feel it would only be appropriate to use Google's page rank system to model our search engine optimization campaign from and you can also download Google's toolbar which tells you the Google's page rank of every website you visit by displaying a green bar. With Google it seems their search spiders crawl their indexed pages and high rank pages first before anything else because it's based on popularity, link popularity. They also rank pages on their relevancy based on keywords and overall content relevancy. So I believe we should focus on these two key things when optimizing our website for search engines; link popularity and content relevancy.

Content relevancy would refer to the content of your website and how relative it is to your niche market. Your content relativity is going to be determined based on how well you have placed your keyword and keyword phrases around your website. Since search engines display first the title of your website and then your website description it is wise to have your keywords in both your title and your description. After placing keywords in your title and description it is now time for you to focus on actual website content and placing the keywords you found from the research you did about your niche market. When writing content you want to write content with your keywords in mind so that you can place them within your content but allowing your content to still remain legible with correct grammar.

Link popularity refers to how many websites are linking back to your website. Links can be broken down into two groups; two-way links and one-way links. Two-way links are when you and another website exchange backlinks and they are often called reciprocal links. One-way links are when you don't have to link back to the website that is linking to you. One-way links carry more weight than reciprocal links and are view as more important. The relevancy of the reciprocal links or the one way links also help search engines know how important your website is to your niche. Also getting links from websites with a high Google page rank are also important, especially for optimizing your website for Google. It would be a good idea to try and get one-way links from websites with a high Google page rank and that will help your website to get indexed in search engines quickly as their search spiders crawl higher ranked pages often. Building your link popularity is extremely important as it dictates to the search engines how important your website is to your niche but link popularity without content relevancy is pointless and vice versa. Both your content relevancy and your link popularity need to be done properly and I suggest starting with content relevancy first and work on your link popularity every day.

Successfully Build a Passive Residual Income Through Niche Marketing

The key to building a residual income through niche marketing online comes with learning how to monetize your website. Monetizing your website is essentially turning something that is non-profit into something profitable, in this case turning your website into a cash machine. Setting up your website and optimizing it for the search engines is the first step and now monetizing it will almost complete your online cash machine. You have a couple of choices when trying to monetize your website; choosing to sell advertising space, using pay-per-click ads and/or selling products through affiliates. Since our focus is on affiliate marketing then selling products through affiliates is essential but it isn't necessarily the most lucrative way to go about utilizing your traffic from the search engines. I suggest using all three ways to earn money from your website. Sell about 3 advertising spaces from your webpage by joining ad networks that will sell your ad space for you. Place PPC ads within your content, articles or blog posts, they are more likely to be clicked if they are within your posts and you get paid for each click. Place affiliate products relative to your niche around your content or at the end of your posts.

Affiliate marketing is a tool that can aid you to becoming an internet marketing success but it is essential that you do it correctly. Utilizing PPC ads on your website as well as selling advertising space gives you leverage and a lot of leverage. PPC ads allow you to get paid for every single click to those ads and if spread correctly within your content they will get clicked all the time. When selling advertising space you have the opportunity to sell space ahead of time and get paid in full and that is cash in hand and you don't have to rely on somebody clicking your ads to get paid. The beauty of affiliate marketing is that by placing your ads given to you by your affiliates around your content and throughout your page you will have an opportunity to earn more commission when you make a sale through your affiliates. Instead of earning a couple dollars here and there, you can earn up to 70% commission making sales through your affiliates. With the potential earning power of all three monetizing opportunities you can really earn a passive residual income through this method.

All that is left after setting up your website, optimizing it and monetizing it is simply continuously adding content to your website. Search engines love new content and taking advantage of your traffic from the search engines because you have optimized your website for the most searched relevant keywords to your niche and earning as much money as possible from that traffic can provide up to a couple thousand dollars a month. $3000 a month may not be something to retire on but when this process is repeated over and over in different niches it will add up and can really put money in your pocket every month. This is the success tool that niche marketing brings to affiliate marketing. Become an internet marketing success, any amount of income you desire can be achieved just keep building profitable websites and optimize them for search engines.

Network Marketing Success- The Top 3 Secrets of Network Marketing Success

What stops most people in MLM and Network Marketing? After studying this industry for over 20 years, and talking to thousands of folks, you learn a thing or two.

Many people enter this industry of Network Marketing, and find themselves out of it within a year or less. Why does this happen?

There can be many reasons for giving up on MLM, but we have found that there are basically three major reasons that people never reach Network Marketing Success in their career.

Are you there now? Are you ready to throw in the towel because you have gotten discouraged and frustrated and MLM is simply not working for you?

Dont you dare quit!

You need to read these next three things and see if they might be what is stopping you.

What are the three things that stop most Network Marketing Success?

1) Wrong expectations.

There are many expectations you can have for your Network Marketing business, but there are also the WRONG expectations as well.

Wrong expectations usually include expecting:

Everyone is going to be interested.

It is going to be easy to succeed in MLM.

You don't have to be consistent in activity.

You don't need to learn the basics of this business.

The first month will explode. (It rarely does.)

You can recruit a few folks and they will make you rich.

You will never get frustrated or discouraged.

You will never feel like giving up.

Your friends will not be interested.

You need to start in the cold market.

Don't create the wrong expectations that can lead to frustration and discouragement. Create expectations of faith, and belief in Success. But deal in what truly is possible the first 90 days for you.

2) A Slow Start.

You MUST get off to a fast start in Network Marketing Success, because this will be the start of creating a habit of quick actions and focus. A slower start is going to prove harder to get through the No's and the usual learning curve of Network Marketing. Start making phone calls NOW. Make your list of names NOW. Go see your family and friends NOW. Make more appointments NOW. NOW creates the speed you need!

When you work this business fast, you find that you exude more energy, more motivation, more magnestism, and more excitement. This alone attracts people towards you, and you literally display a Presence of Network Marketing Success which people will find attractive and reassuring.

Don't worry if you have been working slow. You can always draw a line in the sand, and start today quickening the pace. Ramp it up! And quicken the pace of your actions.

3) Trying to Reinvent the Wheel.

Your company has a proven path to Network Marketing Success, and you need to walk that path, step by step. You need to use the tools your company provides, use the trainings they provide, use the online tools they provide, and any other business building resource they offer.

Why?

Simple. Duplication.

If you are new to MLM, you need to understand that there is a certain experience in the industry that has proven to create Success. Do not try and start doing your own trainings, or your own way to Success. Once you have experienced Success, and want to get creative, then do it. But wait until you have created some Success in your business, and have learned some things about Network Marketing.

Oh...your organization will appreciate it as well. You using the company trainings and tools, will only help your downline grow faster, then using tools that have been not proven and possibly may slow growth.

Network Marketing Success really is simple, and can be easy. Make sure that you create the right expectations, and understand that there is a learning curve for most people. Make sure you get off to a fast start, and start doing the business NOW. And use the tools that have proven to work, not ones that have yet to be tested.

There is time for creativity in this business. Stay with what works at least for a while, to create a massive amount of Network Marketing Success in your life and business.

blessings...doug
